Laurent Rupp began his career in Wealth Management in 1990. He worked for 28 years in the
banking industry where he assumed dual roles of managing Asian teams and was also in
charge of developing significant private clientele. In 2018, Laurent founded Swiss
Bridge Capital.

Kay Fong Zen Ruffinen started her banking career in Singapore and then relocated to
Geneva in 2001 where she worked in Wealth Management, developing the banks’ private
clientele. In 2018, Kay Fong joined Swiss Bridge Capital.

Junko Garcia Arimoto started her banking and financial career in 1989 in Osaka, Japan and
then moved to Geneva where she worked in Wealth Management with various banks’ private
clientele. In 2019, Junko joined Swiss Bridge Capital.

Haruo Kusakabe began his career in investment banking in 1987 in New York and then Tokyo.
In 2002, he relocated to Geneva and two years later to Hong Kong, where he developed a
large client base in
wealth management over almost 20 years. In 2021, Haruo joined
Swiss Bridge Capital.
Haruo Kusakabe graduated with a degree in Engineering from
Waseda University and holds a degree of Juris Doctor from Komazawa University Law
School.
Koshiro Yoshioka began his career in Wealth Management in Tokyo in 2007.
He moved to
Hong Kong in 2014 where he was in charge of developing private clientele for a financial
institution. In 2020, Koshiro relocated to Geneva from Hong Kong and joined Swiss Bridge
Capital.
Koshiro Yoshioka graduated with a degree in Economics at the Doshisha
University in Kyoto.
Nathalie Wolleb Rupp began her banking career in Wealth Management in Geneva in 1990. She
spent two years in New York and moved back to Geneva where she worked as portfolio
manager in a large private bank. In 2021, Nathalie joined Swiss Bridge
Capital.

the University of Geneva. In 1999, Nathalie earned the CFA charter (Chartered Financial
Analyst).
Jeanne Barras Zwahlen started her career as a diplomat. In the 1980s, she was assigned to
the Development Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bern and later, as
Economic Counsellor to the Swiss Delegation by OECD in Paris. Jeanne started her banking
career in 1989 as Senior Economist and later as an independent senior consultant. In
2018, Jeanne was appointed as Board Member of Swiss Bridge Capital.

Zwahlen obtained a Master of Arts in Convention Interpreting and a Master of Science in
Economics in Geneva.

Kaoruko Yamazaki is the founder and CEO of MYK Capital Management Group in Switzerland.
MYK Capital Management Group specializes in advising high-tech companies in various
fields. In 2018, Kaoruko was appointed as Board Member of Swiss Bridge
Capital.
Kaoruko Yamazaki obtained her Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering
and a PhD in International Manufacturing from University of Cambridge.
Yuichi Sekiguchi graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo and earned his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He began his career as an analyst at Daiwa Securities and went on to hold senior positions at leading investment banks on Wall Street. In 1999, he founded his own fund and achieved outstanding performance during the 2008 financial crisis, earning him the reputation as the “Samurai of Wall Street.” In 2021, he joined Swiss Bridge Capital SA, where he currently serves as Head of Asia, spearheading AI-driven quantitative trading and regional market expansion.
Mikihide Yamazaki is CEO at Infinity Labs where he heads up the R&D and Private
Equity divisions. He is also Director at Luqman Weise Capital, specializing in
innovative investment management. In 2018, Mikihide was appointed as Board Member of
Swiss Bridge Capital.
Mikihide Yamazaki obtained a Master’s degree in Chemistry and
a PhD in nanotechnology and devices from the Imperial College London.
Mohamed Khater is the CIO and director of Luqman Weise Capital where he is responsible
for developing portfolio strategies and predictive trading algorithms.
He was also
CIO of MYK Capital Management Group, where he setup the venture capital department and
established its investment mechanisms.
In 2018, Mohamed was appointed as Board
Member of Swiss Bridge Capital.
Mohamed Khater holds a Master of Science in
Artificial Intelligence and a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of
Cambridge.
Louise Masterson started her career with Credit Suisse in Geneva before relocating to
Singapore, where among others contributed to develop Julius Baer’s external asset
management department. Currently, she is Director on the board of a Private Investment
Fund and is responsible for its private investments and real estate management. In 2018,
Louise was appointed as Board Member of Swiss Bridge Capital.
Louise Masterson
graduated from the Graduate Institute of International Studies from the University of
Geneva. She also obtained a diploma from STEP (Society of Trust and Estate
Practitioners).
Guy-Philippe Rubeli is currently Of Counsel with Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Froriep SA.
His practice areas are corporate and commercial law, employment and lease law, banking
law and bankruptcy law. He is a member of the International Association of Lawyers and
various other national and international professional associations. In 2018,
Guy-Philippe was appointed as Board Member of Swiss Bridge Capital.

Rubeli graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Geneva. After a
professional experience in the Unites States, he was admitted to the bar in 1982. He
also sits on several corporate and foundation boards.
